ODD's new series tells the stories of rockers specially commissioned by designers. Opening the series we have Emma Burns of Sibyl Colefax & Fowler describing how she put together her Old Rocker.

 

Her design uses 'Lilacs', a favourite chintz from the Sibyl Colefax & John Fowler archive, with ODD's Faded Red canvas. To complete the joyful scheme, she finishes it with a custom bullion, painted curtain pole finials and the perfect scatter cushions.

 

Emma let us swing by one sunny day late in April to see the rocker in place at her home in the Cotswolds. With armfuls of lilacs, Campari in hand and a couple of garden nymphs running around, it was a heavenly morning.
