Each year we make here in Oxfordshire, a limited number of our Old Rockers, the original fully upholstered swinging garden sofa swing seat.
LEAVE IT OUT ALL SUMMER LONG, ALL OUR CANVAS IS WATER AND ROT RESISTANT We make 3 different versions of our Rockers:-
ORIGINAL OLD ROCKER - With 3 seat cushions and 3 back cushions on sofa, square arms, and a straight upholstered back:

With a double thickness of cushion, high upholstered back, sofa with Loose Covers and 6 scatter cushions.

The 'White Rocks' Old Rocker has been launched this year to mark Odd's 10th ANNIVERSARY. The fabric is a tumbled linen / cotton and the sofa's Loose Covers can be easily removed for washing without dismantling anything.
As an optional extra, the inside of the roof can be lined in the same tumbled linen / cotton as the Loose Covers. The lining hides the stainless steel frame and creates a feeling of being blissfully cocooned.
If you are thinking of ordering an Old Rocker, you should first decide which of the above 3 models, Original, Kune Kune and
White Rocks, you prefer.

The Rocker can be used with the cover on, providing a back which stops the wind blowing through on a blustery day.
FOLDS AWAY EASILY FOR WINTER STORAGE, no tools required, or use it indoors as a special sofa and it also makes a magical spare bed in childrens bedrooms.
With the cover on, Rockers make the perfect den where no one can find you.
The area of your Rockers roof can be extended by adding an Old Rocker Verandah. This is easy to put on and provides
an area in front of the Rocker that is protected from the sun and rain.
In this photograph the Verandah roof is 8'6" (2.6 metres) long. Other lengths are available.

Rock in the City.... Clock off early and relax in an Old Rocker on a City rooftop (Shoreditch House has a couple) but grab a bunch of foxgloves to soften the late arrival home.

KUNE KUNE Old Rocker 'Maroc' in Elephant canvas with the sofa, Inside Walls, Gaiters and Bolsters covered in a soft woven kilim fabric. The fringe is handmade from old sari silk. With large faded old tassles, velvet cushions with pompoms, and painted hardwood Ball Finials, this Old Rocker is ready to go straight onto a roof terrace in Marrakech.

The arms and back of an Old Rocker can be taken off easily, and the stainless steel frame folds away, so everything can be easily stored during the winter months. Preferably, though, why not move the Rocker indoors and use it as a 'special' sofa? We can supply Loose Covers in velvets, cottons and linens for the roof, roof lining, walls and sofa if you would like to change from canvas. Add some extra feather filled cushions, string up some fairy lights and your Rocker will be transformed for the winter months.

We put 'Maud' velvet Loose Covers and Roof with 'Maud' velvet Lining
on our Rocker and have it inside during the winter months. With a fire blazing and fairy lights inside, it is the best place for hiding away with a book (fire retardant liner required when used inside).
Original Old Rocker. 'Nursery' with voile curtains at the front and back, this rocker doubles up as a wonderful Wendy House in a little girls bedroom. The Rocker then, like a chameleon, changes with the little girl right up until she's rocking with her children. A perfect present for a Godchild from all the Godparents.
