HOW TO ORDER

Please ring us on 01993 830674 to place an order. We will answer any questions you may have about our products and will gladly send you swatches of any of our fabrics. If you would like to see a particular product then again, do ring us and we will tell you where it can be seen.

Delivery – The charge for the delivery of any of Odd’s products by mail or carrier, both within the U.K. and overseas, will be quoted for on request – please just ring us.

The Old Rocker will be delivered and assembled free of charge within a 30 mile radius of Oxford. The charge for delivery of the Rocker beyond 30 miles, both within the U.K. and overseas, will be quoted for on request – again just ring us. There are illustrated instructions for the Rocker. It is quick and easy to assemble, even for one person, with no tools required. Any damage to deliveries must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods and you must let us know within 14 days if a delivery fails to arrive.

You may return your order to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt.

Descriptions – We have tried hard to ensure that all the descriptions and measurements in the brochure are accurate. Nevertheless, as all our products are handmade, using natural materials, there will be variations from item to item. Also, the limitations of the photographic and printing processes may result in the colours in the pictures being slightly different from the actual products.

Fabrics – We try to ensure that the fabric and colours from batch to batch are consistent but we cannot guarantee against some variation, nor against wear, fading or shrinkage.

Each batch is individually handmade and so slight differences to our samples may occur.

Payment – We require payment in full before purchases are released. We do not, at the moment, accept payment by credit card and so we require payment in the form of a cheque or in cash. Where items are made specially to order, such as the Bardot range and Loose Covers, a 50% non-returnable deposit will be required.

We reserve the right to change our prices.
